At Krisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your saree purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.
Eligible for Exchange / Return
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the saree is received torn, stained, or with a major defect.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a different saree than what you ordered.
Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Minor color variations (5–10%) due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Sarees that have been worn, used, or altered.
- Sarees purchased during Sale / Discount offers.
Time Frame
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns / exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
Process
- Share an unboxing video (from parcel opening to product check) as proof.
- Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
- Our team will verify and confirm approval for return/exchange.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original packaging, unused & unwashed condition.
- After inspection, your exchange saree / store credit / refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund / Credit
- Refunds will be initiated only in case of damaged products, after safe return and inspection. Refund will be made to the original payment method.
- For exchanges or variation issues, you can choose another saree of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer).
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer (unless product is defective/wrong).
Note: Slight colour changes are expected due to camera settings and lighting effects, due to which exchange and return are not accepted.
Krisa reserves the right to approve or reject any return/exchange request if it does not meet the above conditions.
